IPAF is an international association of public asset management companies in Asian countries, supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The initiative was launched by participants of the Global Financial Sector Development Conference in Hanoi, organized by the ADB, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, and KAMCO.
The Inaugural Summit in Seoul and the official launch of IPAF in May, supported by the ADB. The initial membership included 7 public AMCs from 5 countries, including FPL.
Expanding IPAF's role into a research platform. Publication of the first analytical report on the NPL situation in Asia.
Joint workshop with the European Central Bank on NPL resolution in Asia and Europe. Release of an analytical report based on the workshop outcomes.
Developing the concept for a unified cross-border NPL trading platform in the region. Launch of the pilot project.
FPL is a full member of IPAF. Assuming the chairmanship from 2026 and hosting the 10th IPAF Summit in Kazakhstan.
During the IPAF event, participants are provided with 24/7 medical, protocol, and security support in accordance with international safety standards.
Round-the-clock duty of medical personnel throughout the forum.
An ambulance crew is stationed on-site at the forum venue at all times.
Accompanying official delegations and international guests of the forum.
A comprehensive set of security measures in line with international requirements for hosting global events.
